How it works   1 Pack

Pack your items using a small, medium or large Flat Rate Satchel .

  2 Pay

Pay the flat rate postage and print your label via MyPost Business  or address your  parcel and pay at a Post Office.

  3 Post

Put the label in the  display pouch on your satchel and pop it into the post box (red for  Parcel Post or yellow for Express Post).

   

Paying for postage

Australia Post Flat Rate Satchels and boxes do not include postage. Before you post your parcels, you must generate and pay for  postage labels via MyPost Business , or pay for postage at a Post Office.

Delivery

From us to you

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (excludes Public Holidays). Your order may arrive in multiple deliveries if dispatched from multiple locations.

Orders will be delivered via eParcel within 3-10 business  days † .  A signature upon delivery is usually required.

From you to your customers

Once postage has been paid, post the satchels into any Australia Post street posting box, over the counter at a Post office or arrange a parcel pickup via MyPost Businesss  (additional charges apply).

The items will then be delivered to your customers within 3-10 business days, depending on their location. If there is no one at the address to accept delivery, a card will be left and the customer may collect their package from the Australia Post outlet indicated on their card.

Australia Post Flat Rate Satchels and boxes do not include  postage. Before you post your parcels, you must generate and pay for  postage labels via MyPost Business, or pay for postage at a Post  Office Your Flat Rate Satchels and boxes are carried under  the Australia Post terms and conditions . Under these terms and conditions: - Australia  Post accepts no liability for consequential loss or damage  whatsoever. - Satchels and boxes  must not contain dangerous or prohibited items.

*Available at participating outlets only. Flat rate postage for  flat rate boxes is only available on MyPost Business .

PayPal Seller protection

Refer to PayPal's Seller protection policy found in Schedule 1 of PayPal's user agreement for full terms and conditions.

A proof of shipment email can be generated in MyPost Business by saving the Order Summery as a PDF. Details for proof of shipment can be found on the Safety Advice page of PayPal's website by clicking on "Selling Safely" and locating "How We Help Protect Sellers".

Sellers must be able to provide proof of shipment that can be validated by Australia Post in order to be eligible for PayPal seller protection. Proof of shipment for the satchel dropped in Australia Post street posting boxes only applies where  Australia Post can provide validation of delivery.
