Take a shirt that fits you well, and lay it down flat. Measure across the chest just under the arms. Measure the length from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Then check these measurements against the sizes below. If your measurement falls in between the sizing we recommend you choose the larger size. Sizes may vary + or - 1cm.
