Product Features:

1. ARMGO  brand wall panel is made by magnesium board 10mm thick; fire proof rating A-1; sandwiched with polystyrene form 75mm thick and its density is 20kg/m3 total thick 95mm. fire proof rating is class B1.  

Magnesium Board is a most technologically advanced building material in current building material market that offers superior performance in when compared to traditional cement based products. It is virtually impervious to fire, water & insects. It does not feed mould or mildew and is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-combustible. 

2. Surface material: magnesium oxide board (each board has re-enforced by three layers of fiberglass mesh in between 10mm thick sheet on both side. tested 3.5 ton loading capacity

Our Warranty to you the consumer:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Conditions of Warranty:

1. The Warranty Period commences on the date of purchase of the goods for a period of 12 months. Unless stated otherwise the Warranty is limited to parts only. The Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original customer and not to any subsequent purchaser.

2. All goods come with a parts only 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise in the item description/advertisement. An extended warranty (parts and labour) may be available as an optional extra cost. Faulty parts must be set back to supplier at the customers cost and replacement parts will be sent to the customer at the suppliers cost.

3. Claims for factory fault goods must be made within 12 months of warranty period since you received, no excuse for “ have not been used since received”

4. Claims for damage to goods whilst in transit must be made in writing (by fax or by email) with photographs of damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods. It is the customers responsibility upon receipt of the goods to check the goods carefully (by opening any package or goods), before signing for the goods from the transport company. Do not sign to accept delivery of goods before inspection of goods. If you find damaged or missing goods contact our office immediately. We will replace damaged goods or supply missing goods without charge.

5. Providing that the goods are not used or damaged, if you are not satisfied with the goods within 7 days of receipt you can return the goods for a full refund (subject to inspection by the Supplier). Freight costs will not be refunded. Goods are to be returned at customers cost and must be returned in original packages and condition for a refund.

6. No refund will be made for incorrectly ordered goods and/or transport costs.

7. The supplier is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever caused by faulty parts and the warranty does not include labour costs for repairing or assembly or disassembly, installation or un-instillation. The warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by the unsafe or negligent use of the goods or use of the goods for purposes for which it is not designed or approved.

8. These Terms and Conditions of Warranty are governed by the laws of South Australia.

9. The Supplier makes no express warranties or representations other than as set out in this warranty or required by relevant Consumer Law.
