The ZO plastic trumpet has valves made from solid alloy metal, with a brass valve casing sleeve giving the player a superior valve action.
These pistons operate on standard valve oil, and have a great valve action.  
We recomend a quailty synthetic valve oil to be used on the pistons which we will supply with every ZO  trumpet we sell.

The ZO trumpets features German designed MAW valves for superior response and feel. The build quality of the pistons is superior to all plastic valves - top valve caps are threaded. The valve springs have also been ground to give a good square seat in the valve, a feature usually only seen on professional level brass instruments. Much thought and care has gone into the design of the most important part of a piston valve section.

We note, the valves are not numbered, because each valve is identical and can be swapped around.

  Response and intonation is great. Trumper players we know, say these are the best ABS trumpet they have played and will be a great start out light weight trumpet for any young player, or for the pro player wanting a trumpet with a difference.

New Gear: If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of a new item, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of purchase (see exceptions below) and we’ll give you a full refund. It’s that simple.

Returned items must be in original, brand-new, Unused,  condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge.

Your refund will be promptly processed upon successful evaluation of your returned item from our trained category professionals. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

There are no returns on clearance, discontinued, vintage, demo and select used items. Additionally, the following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened - strings, reeds,  tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, drumheads, drumsticks,  sheet music, cleaners, polishes and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, books, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. All returned woodwind and brass instruments incur a $10.00 sanitization fee. Returned bows are assessed at $6.00 return handling charge. Returned mouthpieces priced over $300 incur an $12.00 sanitization fee; the fee for mouthpieces under $300 is $8.00. Stringed instruments priced at $1999.00 or more, must be returned within 10 days of shipment. 

Any Additional work carried out, at the request of the buyer, including modifications and upgrades, but not limited to, will not be refunded, if item returned.

International Buyers

International Customers: Please note that our equipment carries an Australian  warranty, so all international warranty issues must be handled by Strings For Less. All items must be returned to Strings For Less for all warranty repair or replacement issues. You will be responsible for all shipping/handling expenses. ***International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
