Please ensure the delivery address is CORRECT upon payment.   We do not ship to alternative addresses as per ebay policy

Unfortunately, any orders with the incorrect address combinations will be cancelled  mainly due to the fact we are unable to generate postage labels

Eg/ incorrect postcode, suburb, state address combinations. 

As a guide, your address should match your Drivers Licence  or other official government documentation (or try typing it in Google Maps).  

No   refunds for items the buyer claims as "not received" (though the tracking clearly shows that it has been delivered). If this occurs, we can assist you in contacting the delivery provider.

Please also ensure that you meet the timeframe to collect your items at Parcel lockers, Post Offices, Depots, Collection Points etc... - we do not provide a full refund if the delivery provider returns the item to us due to the item not being collected within the appropriate timeframe (we subtract the postage & any fees incurred from the refund)
