The shipping cost in the listing includes both postage and handling charges. This does not include extra insurance costs. If you wish to insure, please contact us for a quote. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday only. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. We do offer collection or pickup so please contact us prior purchase to arrange pick up. We will only post to the address listed on your PayPal account so if you require your order to ship to another address you must add this address to your eBay account at Check Out. We will not ship to an address not listed. We are not responsible for any damage in transit or delays in shipping &/or delivery times. Buyers are to contact Australia Post for any claims or assistance. Upon shipping, the tracking number will be added to the eBay sale to assist you in tracking your purchase. We take pride in our products and that means thoroughly checking and preparing your carburettor and its components. We are not robots or warehouse pickers. We are qualified technicians and we endeavour to make sure you receive a high quality item. If you are in great urgency of receiving a kit, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

All parts that are listed are sold with a manufacturer's warranty of 12 months from date of purchase against manufacturing faults only. Our parts are for automotive use only. Under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange or replacement if you change your mind or purchase incorrect parts. A handling fee of $40 will be charged so please check carefully that the part you are about to purchase is correct and suitable for your vehicle prior to buying. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to check and confirm that any listed part numbers, including OEM numbers in the listing, match the original numbers on the part you are replacing prior to purchase. If unsure, please contact us and we will try our best to match your part. **Faulty Items: Please contact us either through eBay, using the "Contact Seller" link in your eBay purchase history area, or contacting us directly at the workshop if you need to return a product purchased from eBay. You will then be provided with instructions on how to proceed before returning your part. * We will not pay return shipping costs or any other subsequent costs* Parts must be returned, be in good condition and unbroken and undamaged. * Upon return, the part will be tested and depending on the findings, it will be repaired, replaced, refunded or returned. *Where the part is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you at your own expense. * We will not warrant this part if the fault is found to be caused by misdiagnosis of the underlying problem or by another faulty part which in turn leads to the failure of the new part supplied. * Short-shipments, dead on arrival and deviation products must be reported within  14  days from delivery date. * By the act of selecting "Buy It Now", you have made an offer to us to purchase the product you have selected, based on these Terms of Sale and sending payment is your acknowledgement and agreement to these Terms of Sale, Shipping Terms, Shipping Costs and Payment Terms as per set out in this listing.
