Aside from its 5TB of storage capacity, it's built with 256-bit AES hardware encryption to help ensure your files are protected, and features USB 3.2 Gen 1 connectivity for fast transfers. It and comes formatted NTFS for Windows 8.1 and 10, but may be reformatted for other operating systems, and connects to your host system using an included micro-USB to USB Type-A cable. Users can take advantage of WD's Discovery and Backup software to help manage and back up their files as well.

When will my order ship?

If payment is received by 11:00am item will be shipped the same day. Payments received after 11:00am will ship the following business day

Can I cancel or return my order/delivery?

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed, once your order progresses it may be too late to cancel.  However, once you’ve received your order, you can return your purchase within 14 days, provided your return is in accordance with our returns policy.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once you submit your order we get to work straight away getting it ready for you, unfortunately this means we are unable to amend the delivery address once your order is submitted with us. We only ship to address indicated in the PayPal record.

What will happen if I miss the delivery?

If our couriers can find your address but you aren’t there, don’t stress, you will receive a post office card with all the information you’ll need to go down to your local post office to pick up your order at a time that suits you. Your order will remain waiting for you at your local post office for 10 days before being sent back to our warehouse. If your order is not collected within that time, re-delivery charges will apply.

Under Consumer Protection Law, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you order incorrectly. However, damages or faults will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
