Philadelphia Disston D8 24" 9ppi  crosscut hand saw. This lovely little D8 has been fully restored and is ready to get back to work. It's in good conditioon throughout with it's only two flaws being the slightly shortened top horn and the fact it once had some surface corosion which left it's mark, other than that she's a peach. It's plate is in good shape, holding good tension, straight, and almost it's original size.  The toothline is a standard 15 rake 15 fleam crosscut pattern which is ideally suited to crosscutting in hardwoods.  The handle has been refinished inn a hardwearinng satin polyurethane varnish to give it superior protection from the elements over the traditional wax over shellac finish we usually use. This is a fantastic all round saw, if you're looking to move away from disposable saws and into the world of tools for life, this is a great starting point. Postage is by DHL on a 24h service to mainland UK addresses.
