SURGEx C1520 MEGA is a versatile copper piston water hammer arrester suitable for general plumbing, washing machines, and dishwashers. It features a lead-free brass fitting for safe use with drinking water. The C1520 integrates an 'A' size water hammer arrester into a 'Tee' fitting with a DN20 3/4" connection (male/female). The female side can directly connect to the machine, while the male side connects to the hose from the tap. This model can be used for both cold and hot water in new or existing installations. It comes pre-charged from the factory and requires no further recharging, offering a maintenance-free solution.

• ONLY water hammer arrestors fitted with LEAD FREE Brass fittings can be used in drinking water.
• When a water hammer arrestor is labeled as "LEAD FREE," it specifically refers to the brass fittings or connections used in the arrestor. It means that these components are manufactured without the use of lead. It's worth noting that the term "lead-free" should not be applied to stainless steel or copper bodies, as these materials do not contain lead, and it can be misleading to claim them as "LEAD FREE"
• The C1520 is integrated to the 'Tee' fitting and must not be dismantled otherwise, it will be broken.
• The C1520 is a D.I.Y. product and does not need any special plumbing expertise for its installation.
• There are smaller and larger arresters available. The selection of the type of the arrester and its size are the responsibility of the buyer depending on the type and capacity of the machine and the piping and operating conditions available in the location.

Warranty: All SURGEx arresters are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship provided the products are installed and used in accordance with all applicable instructions and limitations. We will replace defective material, free of charge, which is returned to us, provided that after inspection the material is found to have been defective at time of shipment. This warranty is expressly conditioned on the purchaser’s giving immediate written notice upon discovery of the defect.
