VTG ALFRED ANGELO EDYTHE VINCENT ‘60s PRAIRIE LACE PEARLS GOWN & CAP w VEIL

This vintage wedding dress design by EDYTH VINCENT for Alfred Angelo Originals is a stunning piece that is perfect for a cottage core or prairie style wedding or occasion. The dress features beautiful creme chiffon, lavish appliquéd pattern lace with petite pearls on the bodice and the hem of the skirting of the gown and on the veil with a under slip lining. Label in gown. USA made.

Empire with lace appliqué bodice waist with a wide scalloped neckline, chiffon lined bodice and double chiffon sheer country wrist length sleeves with double tiered lace cuffs and scattered petite pearls. A row of bridal satin buttons at back over a mid back steel zip for closure. The gorgeous full wide chiffon skirt has a full tulle lining for stiffing with a scalloped lace edge at hem and stiffening tape. Short back train. The skirting is one layer of crème chiffon with attached thin tulle layer let loose to back lace edging. Satin synthetic lining under slip.

The chest size measures exterior at about 35 inches, wide neckline shoulders about 16 inches, empire

waist about 28 inches exterior, I’m sleeves about 24 inches and the with a side shoulder to hem length of 58 inches at front and 76 inches at back. The dress is from the 1970s and has a bohoprairie-style design that adds to its contemporary charm. Mannequin size 2-4 modern USA which is the range. Fits well at size 4.

The magnificent bridal veil has a comb Juliet cap satin headpiece trimmed with lace and pearls, a blusher about 16”, three tiers with appliqués about 16”, 24” and finally a third tier veil fully edged with matching lace about 33” and about a 50” width at bottom edge.

Condition Authentic vintage with label has wear use and age. Dusty wrinkled needs fine dry cleaning. No major flaws as no rips tears but vintage with age. Under slip is soiled some spotting and dirt/ dust at edges. Dry clean per bridal service.
