If you receive your order and you have selected the wrong size, it doesn't suit you, or you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to send it back for a Store Credit, Refund or Exchange! We do recommend double checking our sizing charts before confirming an order, or if you are unsure about your size please contact one of our friendly staff for assistance to help make sure you receive the correct size.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We accept Returns up to 30 days after purchase
- You can return your item for an EXCHANGE, REFUND or STORE CREDIT
- ALL items can be returned EXCEPT underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, contact lenses, hosiery & earrings due to Australian health & hygiene standards. Opened cosmetics or hair dye cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned in the original condition - swing tags attached, original packaging, unworn, unwashed. We suggest trying shoes on carpet to avoid any scuff marks. Please keep the item clean from animal fur, makeup stains & cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
- The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error with the order. In this case we will cover all costs to ensure you are not out of pocket. Exchange Postage costs - $8 Regular Post or $10 Express Post.
- All returns are processed within 2 days of arriving back to the Beserk Warehouse [there may be some slight delays on processing returns during busy times]
- Sale items can only be returned for Credit or Exchange, sorry no refunds on sale items.
- We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method to return items to us. Until the items arrive back at our warehouse they are your responsibility, and if they are lost in the post you will be responsible for claiming compensation from your postal service.

2. Fill in the Return Form that can be downloaded HERE and return your items to Beserk for processing
3. Drop by the Beserk Warehouse to process your return with our customer service team at : 31 Murray Street, Bowen Hills, Queensland, Australia.

Do you combine orders?

We sure do! We will always combine orders so you pay the lowest shipping possible. Regardless of the quantity you purchase you will only be charged the single most expensive shipping charge of the items you purchased. For example if you purchase a Dress that has $8 shipping and a Lipstick that has $6 shipping, you will only be charged $8 shipping to send both items. I need my items tomorrow, is this possible?

Yes it is! We dispatch all orders same day that are placed & paid for before 3pm. So if you get your order in before 3pm & you are in the express post area you can receive your order as quickly as the next working day! You can also place your order & collect it from the Beserk Warehouse at Bowen Hills if you need it super fast!

What is your Returns Policy?

Our address is : 31 Murray Street, Bowen Hills, QLD 4006. Directions from Bowen Hills Train Station: [5 min walk] Exit train station onto Abbotsford Rd & turn left. Walk down past Di Bella Coffee, follow on until you come to the set of lights. Cross at the lights & walk along Edmondstone Rd. Take your first left into Thompson St. Murray St is the first on the right, walk down towards the river & Beserk is located on your right.

Yes! We ship to all countries around the world. We send all parcels via Australia Post Registered International.

What are your Office/Warehouse Opening Hours?

We are open 9.30am to 5.30pm - Monday to Friday [except Public Holidays].

How are orders sent?

Australian orders are sent through Australia Post Eparcel or Fastways Couriers and are 100% trackable. You are able to select Express Delivery or Regular Post during checkout. If your order contains a Fragile item we suggest selecting Regular Post as Australia Post do not offer a fragile service with their Express post Delivery.

What are your postage prices?

Will my order be packaged safely?

Yes! We take extra time and care to make sure all parcels are sent with appropriate packaging to keep them safe. Although we take extra care to avoid damage, sometimes the Australia Post delivery drivers do not know their own strength. If you are ordering fragile items we recommend selecting “Regular Post” as Australia Post does not provide a fragile service for items sent “Express Post” and Beserk does not accept responsibility for damaged parcels sent “Express Post”.
