Appropriately it was designed by HRH The Duke of York, the Queen Mother's grandson. The £5 note is of the current series in issue and shows the Cypher QM10 0 and a serial number between 000001 and 010000. The Bank of England have issued this special cypher to celebrate the Queen Mother's centenary year. QM10 0 will not be produced for general circulation.
