NOTE REGARDING USB 2.0 AND INTEL CHIPSET COMPATIBILITY ISSUE

This camera works on computers having Intel chipsets of 3rd generation or earlier, but will not work on 4th generation systems. This is because of a common USB 2.0 incompatibility issue with later Intel chipsets. According to Tucsen:

"The computer with Intel(R) USB3.0 eXtensible Host Controller should be also the 4th generation motherboard PCs (same as C220 chipsets). The camera can not work very well (might be software freeze or crash issue) on 4th generation PCs. . . The root cause of this compatible issue with 4th or 5th CPU is because a hardware flaw in the Intel 8 and 9 chipset itself. A description of the root cause is given by Intel under: http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/specification-updates/8-series-chipset-pch-spec-update.pdf Please refer to section "Errata" starting at page 10. ".

I used this camera on my Dell Latitude D520, but cannot guarantee that it will work on computers having 4th generation Intel chipsets. I understand that Tucsen has produced upgraded firmware to resolve this issue, but it is up to the buyer to make any arrangements for any upgrade.

NOTE REGARDING EUROPEAN MAINS PLUG

Because I bought this camera from the UK Tucsen reseller, the power supply for the Peltier cooler was supplied with a European mains plug. If the buyer is in Australia or NZ, I will also supply the Euro to AU mains adapter at no additional cost.
