Sending via Australia Post – Express Post

Pick Up
If you have selected the “pick up” option we will message you on EBAY with the collection details. Please keep an eye on your EBAY messages. Please wait until we confirm the item is ready to collect as not all items are kept on site. Our warehouse is located in Banksmeadow NSW 2019. Pick up is only available Mon – Fri (8am – 4pm). Full details sent post purchase.
Postage / Delivery
Most small items are sent with Australia post. Courier for medium to large parcels. A fixed address is required for courier deliveries, no PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers please. Please contact us prior to purchase if you live on Norfolk or Christmas Island. Extra shipping fees will apply. If you have a specific delivery requirement please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Receiving your order
The more delivery / receiving information you can provide about your order the better. This will give your items the best chance of arriving safely & on time. We use software that automatically imports your delivery details from EBAY so please ensure the address is correct. Also please consider if you will be at the specified address during business hours to receive your goods. If we are sending to a business please provide the business name & a contact name. In the event you are not home to receive your order you will be left a contact card by the carrier. This is now the buyers responsibility to organize another delivery attempt. However if you do encounter difficulties don’t hesitate to message us & we will contact the carrier on your behalf. We are happy to mark consignments “ok to leave” but will only do so upon request & bear no responsibility for the outcome. If you have a specific need such as receive by a certain date etc, please let us know & we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Tracking
Where applicable, tracking data will be added against your EBAY order. Some items such as small decals are sent via priority mail envelopes without tracking.
Combined postage
We are always happy to combine freight costs where possible. The store has various rules in place depending on the item size & weight etc. Please note that EBAY post rules wont apply if you order the items in separate transactions. If you’d like a postage cost prior to placing your order please message us with your list & we will happily provide a quote.
Most items listed in our store are in stock, on the shelf & ready for dispatch within 1-2 days of receiving payment. However there will be occasions when we have to source stock externally. This can result in an extended lead time. We will notify you as soon as possible when these delays occur. If you’d like confirmation of stock status prior to placing your order please don’t hesitate to send us a message via EBAY and we’ll be happy to check. Also please bear in mind that our warehouse is staffed Monday – Friday only. Items purchased late Friday afternoon or over the weekend won’t be processed until Monday morning.
