- If a property is unattended at time of delivery, the driver will leave the item in a safe secure place outside the poperty, also known as 'authority to leave' or 'ATL'.
- Authority to leave or 'ATL' means that you, the receiver, has given authority to leave goods without a signature.
- You, the purchaser, assume entire liabilty if not present, and threfore we are not held responsible for any goods that either go missing or are damaged due to 'ATL'.
- To avoid the above happening, customers are welcome to give alternative addresses for delivery.
- Change of addresses must be provided at 'Checkout', and not via email or ebay message if possible.
- In cases where it is not possible to leave items, such as units or commercial, the driver will leave a card to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
- Any costs incurred for re-delivery is of the buyers expense.
- Please allow up to 4 days for handling time, and therefore please take this into consideration when purchasing.
