Handling Times Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If your order is placed before 8am AEST, we will endeavour to ship the same business day, otherwise your order will be dispatched the next business day. If we are experiencing high volumes of orders due to peak periods or promotions, our handling time may be extended up to 3 business days which will be incorporated into the Delivery timeframe. Please ensure you have provided a valid address on your eBay order as this may delay your dispatch timeframe. If we encounter an address issue, you will be contacted via eBay message or phone to resolve.
Delivery Orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. Due to the delicate nature of our goods and to ensure our packages arrive to you with care, we do not have the option of sending via Express Post. All parcels are manually handled throughout the Australia Post network. While this takes slightly longer than express, this is to reduce mishandling and damages. Delivery time frames listed are an estimate only and based on business days once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse (this does not include the handling time/day of dispatch). We are unable to guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
Tracking Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an automated email advising that your order has been completed and a tracking number with a link to the carrier's website will be provided so you can track your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours from issue of tracking number to see Australia Post scanning events. Due to the volume of orders being dispatched, Australia Post do a bulk collection from our warehouse. Orders are then taken to their local business hub for sorting where, depending on volume, your order may be scanned. If it is not scanned at the local depot it will be scanned within 24 hours of collection at the Australia Post sort facility in Chullora NSW.
Change of Delivery Address If you haven’t received your Tracking number via an automated email, please contact us immediately to update your address details. If your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and no attempt at delivery has been made, you can redirect your parcel via URL below. Enter the tracking number issued to you via email upon dispatch. Redelivery / Return To Sender Once an order has left our warehouse and is in-transit to you, a $20 fee is incurred for any parcels returned to sender. This fee is passed onto the customer when;
  • the delivery address has been incorrectly entered by the customer
  • a parcel is undelivered and has not been collected from the Post Office within 5 business days
  • you don't think the parcel will reach you in time and want to return it for a refund
If a parcel has been returned to our warehouse due to the above and you want the item re-sent to you, you will be charged the redelivery fee as well as the return to sender charge. If you request a refund, then your refund amount will be less the RTS fee.
 
Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of photographic evidence of proof of damage, and if requested by us, the product must be returned to us. For faulty items, we will cover the cost of return postage. For all other types of returns, the return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer. In this case, if the return is not sent via a traceable method with delivery tracking we will take no responsibility of loss of the returned item(s) or a replacement/refund if you are unable to provide tracking information.

If your product must be returned to our fulfilment centre, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received. Please note that all returns for reasons other than damage must be in their original condition and packaging. Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no replacements or refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.

Damages  If you receive a delivery with damage or breakages, contact us via eBay message within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund will be issued if you fail to notify us within 24 hours. Please provide and attach to the email photographic proof of any damage including how the parcel was delivered (exterior packaging) so we can establish if the parcel has been repackaged during transit. Upon notification of damage and supporting photo evidence, we are required to place an online enquiry with the courier for investigation. A replacement or refund will be provided once the courier response has been received. Please note the courier usually responds within 24 hours, however at times this can be extended pending investigation. Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to product passes to the buyer upon delivery and therefore no replacements or refunds are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
Lost In Transit / Item Not Received All items are insured during transit to cover non-delivery. A tracking number is provided for all orders and it is the responsibility of the customer to track their delivery. At times, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be longer than estimated due to carrier delays outside of our control. Please allow 3 business days after the estimated delivery timeframe has lapsed to contact us for follow up. Australia Post indicate more than 90% of late parcels are successfully delivered within 3 days after the expected delivery date.

If the time lapsed has fallen outside of this guideline, please contact us so we can follow this directly with the courier. Please note that once 30 days from dispatch has lapsed, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.
Your parcel is not covered by non-delivery insurance when;
Your delivery address is to a PO Box or Parcel Locker and the tracking shows that it has been delivered
The order has been redirected or collected from an Australia Post Office and not at the original delivery address, and the tracking shows that it has been delivered and signed for.
It is outside of 30 days from date of dispatch.
If you have not received your parcel and tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered to your address and signed for, we will request a copy of your driver's licence to submit an investigation. Replacements or refunds will not be issued until the investigation has been completed.
Change of Mind We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Product delivered may vary slightly from image shown due to manufacturer or supplier product variations over time. Every effort is made to ensure the current product images, information and vintages are listed, however variations can occur. Product images are for general reference only. 700ml/750ml bottles are interchangeable at the same cost without need for notification to customer. If you have any questions about the product, packaging or labels please get in touch prior to purchase.
Packaging & Insurance We deliver Australia wide, excluding areas classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or restricted areas. Alcohol is banned in these areas outside a licensed premise. If your delivery address is located within a restricted area, your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you via email or phone. If you are unable to provide an alternate delivery address that does not lie within a restricted area, your order will be cancelled and refunded. If you are located within NT, QLD, WA, SA and are unsure, please contact your State Government website to find out if you reside in a restricted area.
Handling Of Large Items ide a d Please note that a full case of wine or spirits weighs more than 16kg. Therefore, we recommend that our customers take extra care when lifting deliveries. If you are concerned at all about the weight, we suggest that you transfer the bottles one or two at a time.
I.D Checks Due to licensing laws, you must be over 18 years of age to place an order for alcohol and receive the delivery. Your order will not be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age may be required) and our couriers will use their best endeavours to verify ID. GoodDrop supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed by you through the eBay store.
International Shipping At this time, we do not ship internationally, only within Australia.
Holiday T&C's To receive your delivery before Christmas and New Year, please place your order before the recommended cut off dates (AEST). At the time of delivery, if you are not at the delivery address, our Carriers will leave a calling card so you can organise re-delivery or pick up from your local Australia Post location. In the unlikely event your purchase is faulty, damaged, lost in transit or breaches a consumer guarantee we will exchange the product or provide a refund. We will do everything to ensure you receive the replacement in time for Christmas but are unable to guarantee this due to the delivery cut off dates and courier delivery schedules during this peak period.
