Free shipping is for capital city CBD areas only, excluding Perth, NT and ACT. RETURNS:

Change Of Mind Purchase:

For items sold as FREE shipping, freight in BOTH directions may be applicable. It is the buyer's responsibility for the return postage, this cost is non-refundable.

Once the return is received by us and verified to be in the condition specified, a refund will be processed, the refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping).
