Returns

If a product is wrongly described, different from a sample shown or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you may choose a replacement or you may choose a refund.

Please note in the case of receiving an incorrect item (our mistake) it will need to be returned unopened, unused, in a brand new and saleable condition, that is, in its original and undamaged retail packaging.

Please advise us ASAP of receiving an incorrect item using the eBay messaging system, we will supply you with a Return Authority Number plus an Australia Post pre-paid return label so you can return the item at no cost to you.

 

Warranty, Item not Received, Transit Damage, DOA, & Refunds:

 

Warranty:

 

All items sold except consumables are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Consumable items are those which are depleted in their intended use. Detergents, filters, vacuum bags and batteries are consumable items.

All warranty claims should be directed to us by eBay messaging. Many manufacturers have service agents located across Australia who handle warranty claims on their products. We can assist in providing you with the contact details if necessary. Warranty contact details are also contained in the documentation supplied with the product.

In some cases the manufacturer offers a replacement warranty, in this instance you should contact us by eBay messaging and we will assist with the replacement of your faulty item. We may ask you to return the item depending on the manufacturers policies. If an item has to be returned you are responsible for the return costs.

 

Item not Recieved

 

Sometimes things go missing in transit or they are delayed for one reason or another, it is unfortunate and we understand it impacts on your overall experience of dealing with us. However please understand that once we dispatch your order the delivery time/success is beyond our immediate control. If you have not received your item and the guideline with-in the Shipping Section has been exceeded, you should first check the delivery using your tracking number on Aust Post website. If you are unable to verify the items location or it seems to have not moved within the Postal system contact us using the eBay message system so we can get Aust Post to investigate the problem. If your item has been lost by Aust Post we will replace it at no cost to you, but only after Aust Post has concluded their investigation and advised us that the item is un-recoverable. An investigation by Aust Post can take up to 72 hours to complete.

 

Transit Damage:

 

Items damaged in transit should be reported to us ASAP via eBay messaging. Transit damaged items will be replaced under our satisfaction guarantee at no cost to you. If return of the damaged item is necessary we will send you an AustPost pre-paid return label to send the item back. Otherwise we may ask you to dispose of the item if we do not require it sent back.

 

Defective on Arrival (DOA):

 

If you receive an item that is defective (DOA), contact us via eBay messaging ASAP. Defective items will be replaced under warranty at no cost to you. If return of the faulty item is necessary we will send you an AustPost pre-paid return label to send the item back

If no Authority is issued a delivery card will be left listing which nearby Australia Post outlet the parcel can be collected from.

Once we dispatch items are in the hands of Australia Post to complete the delivery within their delivery guidelines for your area.
