We offer our customers the option of collecting goods from their local Barbeques Galore store. This is a free service available to all customers. The Click and Collect process is simple & easy:

• Simply choose click & collect when you complete your purchase
• Your nominated store will check your order and  a notification (email, or via the eBay app) will be sent to you via eBay when it is ready to be picked up.
• If there is a delay in getting the product due to the item being transferred from another location i.e. warehouse or store (this can sometimes take up to 5 working days depending on the location). Our friendly staff will advise you.

Please note, you must supply your own transport for any Click & Collect purchase. Barbeques Galore is unable to supply rope, strapping or protective coverings for transporting of Click &Collect purchases.

Home Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery options are subject to availability, your geographical location and the products ordered being in stock.

If you have purchased items which are large, shipped directly from our warehouse, or you are unable to visit your nominated Barbeques Galore Store, we can arrange delivery to a nominated address. Barbeques Galore can arrange to deliver to most locations within Australia - charges apply.

Please note, we cannot deliver to a PO Box, Parcel Lockers or some remote locations.

When choosing home delivery:

• Delivery lead time is based on destination and size of purchase.
• Smaller products are sent via Australia Post. No signature is required.
• For medium to large sized  products, deliveries are made during business hours 8.30am to 5.00pm (local time) Monday to Friday and the following locations on Saturday (NSW metro, VIC metro, ACT, QLD metro, WA Metro, Mandurah, Bunbury and SA.  There is no Saturday delivery in Tasmania as yet.  After you place your order, our team will call you to arrange a delivery time that suits you.
• For larger products, please ensure there is appropriate access for the products being delivered. This includes ensuring doorways, hallways and paths are wide enough and unblocked. If the delivery is to a multi-storey property with stairs, please advise the store when organising delivery.

Types of Delivery Services

Metropolitan Areas

Barbeques Galore utilise a number of Transport Company's dependent on the destination. Deliveries into Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth Metropolitan areas are sent via an appointed transport contractor or Australia Post. Estimated delivery time is 2 - 5 working days for stocked items.

Outer Metropolitan Areas

Deliveries outside the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, ACT, Wollongong, NSW Central Coast and Newcastle in each state are sent via an appointed transport contractor. Estimated delivery time is 5 -15 working days depending on your location.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address. Please check estimated shipping cost by entering your postcode under the Postage & Payments tab on any eBay product page. When buying multiple items, the final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. You will have the opportunity (based on your entered postcode) to view the delivery charges for your order before making payment. Barbeques Galore online store reserves the right to alter delivery fees without notice. In most instances, your delivery fee will not change after you have submitted your purchase and have received confirmation. In some rural / remote locations additional charges may be incurred – in this instance Barbeques Galore will always communicate with you prior to making any arrangements.

Acceptance of delivery

The delivery team will not leave your order at the specified delivery address unless someone has accepted and signed for delivery. Barbeques Galore online store will not accept responsibility for the security of a package left under special instructions. Deliveries must be signed for upon request, and anyone who accepts the order at the time of delivery will by presumed by Barbeques Galore to be authorised. For your protection and peace of mind, photo identification will be required on delivery. Unfortunately Barbeques Galore and its carriers are unable to provide an estimate of an exact delivery time. In the instance when someone is not able to sign for your delivery or not present the transport carrier will leave a card. You will need to contact the transport carrier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Dangerous Goods

We are unable to deliver dangerous goods (such as filled gas bottles, aerosol cans, paint, etc.).  Empty gas bottles can be delivered.

Barbeques Galore Returns

At Barbeques Galore we are proud to offer a wide range of exclusive brands and third party trusted brands that are built to last.

We understand though there may be times when an item may need to be returned and we want this to be as easy as possible for you.  To assist you we have set out below our  returns policy for eBay purchases.

Product Returns

Barbeques Galore will accept product returns and provide you with refund or repair where:

• The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
• The product does not match the sample or our description
• You can present your Barbeques Galore receipt or other adequate proof of purchase

Please note in the case of BBQs and motorised products, Barbeques Galore may elect to send an authorised service agent to determine the nature of the problem prior to authorising any return.

If the product is determined to be faulty and cannot be repaired on site, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample, Barbeques Galore will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

No refund will be given on free items or bonus items.

Change of mind product returns

You are welcome to return an item if you have changed your mind on your purchase.  We want you to be 100% happy with your choice.

Once proof of purchase is established, Barbeques Galore will gladly offer you an alternative product, credit (in the form of a gift card) or refund provided that:

• You return the item within 30 days of purchase at your own expense [local store?]
• It is unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging. Complete with instruction manuals and accessories

If these requirements are not satisfied Barbeques Galore reserves the right not to offer an exchange product, credit (in the form of a gift card) or refund for change of mind returns.

Please note: To obtain a refund or exchange you will need to present the PayPal payment receipt that you originally purchased the goods on, so the transaction can be reversed.

The delivery charges will only be reimbursed when Barbeques Galore is at fault; that is, if the wrong item is delivered to the customer or there is a fault with the product (including damaged in transit). In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charges will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

Barbeques Galore reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please note:

• Your original Barbeques Galore receipt is the best form of proof of purchase
• Refunds will be issued using your original payment method
• Refunds will not be provided for the purchase of gift cards
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash
• Please return any and all accessories and manuals supplied with product

At Barbeques Galore we are proud to offer a wide range of exclusive brands and trusted third party brands that are built to last.

This product is warranted to the purchaser to be free from defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase for the terms specified below.  The length of warranty can be found under the Product description tab.

Warranty terms

1. Satisfactory proof of the purchase (as defined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA)) must be furnished at the time of notification of the defect for a claim under this warranty to be enforceable.
2. This warranty covers all parts found to be defective in workmanship and/or materials during the warranty period. Barbeques Galore total liability in respect of a claim by a consumer under the CCA for a minor problem (as defined in the CCA) with a product is limited, at our option, to providing the consumer with a refund, replacement product or repairing the product. Should the design or colour in question no longer be available we reserve the right to make substitutions with similar products or refund your purchase.
3. For major failures (as the term is defined in the CCA) you are entitled to a replacement or refund and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Warranty Exclusions

1. This warranty will be void and accordingly no claim of any nature will be enforceable if the product has not been assembled, installed or operated according to the instructions, or has been subject to abuse, improperly treated, neglected and/or if any repairs, maintenance or service has been done by an unauthorised person.
2. This warranty does not cover
   • Rust due to improper care or lack of maintenance. Contact your place of purchase for care and maintenance instructions
   • Commercial use
   • Glass tabletop breaking
   • Fading of any materials including but not limited to chair/cushion fabrics, glass, wicker, timber, polywood & metal, unless it is a manufacturing fault

Consumer Guarantee

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Subject to the above paragraphs, all express or implied representations, conditions, statutory guarantees, warranties and provisions (whether based on statute, common law or otherwise), relating to this warranty, that are not contained in it, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, statutory guarantee, right or remedy, implied or imposed by common law, statute or regulation, which cannot be lawfully excluded, restricted or modified.
