Shipping

Please note the official eBay term is ‘postage and handling cost’, the total amount includes standard postage fee to deliver the item, tracking, and other associated costs such as labor and packaging materials. If you place the bid(s) that means you agreed for it.

Item will be posted via Aus post. Tacking details will be provided upon request. Please provide you Best Contact Number upon checkout, so we can forward it to the courier team to confirm delivery, failure to do so may cause delay of your delivery.

No combined postage because items are packed individually in boxes.

Our handling time is up to 5 business days, but usually shorter. Transit times vary depending on destination, parcel size and traffic conditions, delays during weekends and public holidays may also be expected. Please allow up to 10-12 business days for delivery, but in most cases delivery is expected in 2 to 7 business days. Please contact us immediately if your purchase hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks.

All items will be checked prior to delivery. Please check package carefully prior sign for it. You may refuse delivery of the package by requesting to inspect the goods and notifying the driver of the damage (if any) prior to signing for the package.

The damaged package will be returned to us and we will replace it for you. If you refuse delivery, please notify us within 7 days so that we can expect the return.

Any faults or damaged must be reported within 7 days from delivery date. All return must be authorised by us prior to their return. Such returns must be received by us in its original condition and packaging within 14 business days from this date. We will not accept returns of products that have been improperly assembed or modified.

Buyer is responsible for the return of the item and associated shipping and/or handling costs.

If you change your mind or make an incorrect choice, we will refund you within 14 days of the delivery for unopened products, not damaged or altered in any way. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. All original shipping cost are non-refundable.
