1. Tamping the grinds lightly. If you tamp it too tightly, it will lead to a restricted water flow. 2. Leaving about 10% space which will give more pressure to produce a better espresso. 3. Use a medium or fine grinds. 4. Try different pressure tamping and grinds to figure out how much espresso to put in and how hard to tamp for creamy coffee
