Made by Jackmaster - designed as a universal fitting for engine oil pressure port. It is a great problem solver for hydraulic use. - to adapt pressure guage, bypass oil filter, oil temp guage, pressure warning light or any item requiring access to the engine oil pressure or temperature. PLEASE NOTE - The back end port shown in some of the photos is an optional extra. The fitting comes with the front 1/4"BSP port & three 1/8"BSP ports arranged around the hex as shown in the second gallery photo. Photos other than the first two show some available options. Please ask for a quote on all variations in port sizes & any fittings.

This item is made from hexagonal steel bar and is passivated zinc plated. It is a high quality fitting and has been designed to be universally adaptable. It has an overall length of 43mm and is 26.8mm across the flats. There are three 1/8"BSP ports tapped around the sides. The inlet port in the front end of the fitting is 1/4"BSP but can be altered.

The fitting can be configured in many ways and is most commonly used as an oil pressure switch adaptor on vehicle engines. In this use it is usually fitted with a 1/8"BSP nipple, the most popular size (Japanese engines).

Any other size nipple can be used in this port. The other ports can be plugged or used for 1/8"BSP attachments.

Transition nipples can be supplied to adapt. These ports can be supplied, on special order, tapped to different sizes.  In this configuration it can be used as a one inline to four outline adaptor with all outgoing lines running parallel making a very neat transition to multiple lines. We can supply blanking plugs and many different nipples, straight and angled. This fitting is a problem solver for engine use or hydraulic use.

Modifications can be made, on request, such as different size ports, different thread sizes and threads such as NPT etc. We can machine to your requirements for an extra charge and there are many options. This is a truly exceptional fitting and has the potential to solve many problems in engine oil systems or hydraulic engineering situations. 

When ordering please advise if you would like to purchase any fittings (nipples, plugs, etc.) and they can be included in the same postage. The standard fitting as seen in the main gallery photo comes with three 1/8" BSP  ports around the hexagon sides. The end port shown in the photos is available as an extra for small surcharge. Fitting comes as shown in the first gallery photo. The other photos show some of the possible arangements available with this fitting. We can also give you port sizes of your choice in any of these ports. The fitting can also be supplied with high pressure hose and hose fittings to allow remote use in awkward situations.

This fitting is a  BSP fitting but it can be supplied for NPT or other thread standards. Port sizes and threads can be changed and supplied to order for a surcharge. Let us quote you on the fitting you require.
