Soligor Telephoto lens f/5.5 300mm
inleather case,
?? Topcon over T2 mount
Purchased at a recent camera clubauction/swap meet of a large collection of vintage photographicequipment, this is a classic Japanese metal lens from the early1970's. Big, solid and heavy – around the lens rim is printed“SOLIGOR TELEPHOTO 1:5.5 f=300mm No. H70337”. It has two aperturedials, distance/focus dial, and a tripod mount – all seems to work, internally clear, aperture blades snap in and out. It has a Hoya 62mmfilter (which my arthritic fingers cannot get off) and a labelledmock leather case. We had trouble identifying this mount (probablyTopcon due to the locating pin), but it's over T2, so any T2-{yourcamera} mount can be fitted, and it's an easy removal.( 3030/Black1)
It has a labelled leather lens case, but the zip has come adrift, and it will need (if you decide to keepit) re-sewing
