Please be mindful that the embroidery will be done as per message received, and we will endeavour to correctly add the details. I f personalisation of the item is incorrect due to a fault of Jazzeira Designs we will replace it free of charge.

If details are incorrect due to a fault of the purchaser it is the buyer is responsibility for cost of replacement.

Jazzeira Designs will not be responsible for return postage costs, unless a mistake has been made and you have received the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.
