Please note these products are handmade and hand painted. No piece is perfect and identical. Imperfections may be visible and variations in colour and pattern may occur.

We will not refund or replace any items if the product is not used accordingly to the care instructions provided.
Delivery and Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase only. Please contact us via our eBay store if:
- Your product was damaged during transit, we will replace the pieces that have been broken. For example, if you purchase a dinner set, tea set, mugs etc we will be happy to replace any pieces that were broken in that set during transit. Also, we will be happy to replace or refund any products that have a manufacture default. The product must be returned to us its in original packaging and un-used (we pay the return postage in this case only) before the refund will be issued.
- All returns must be authorised please do not return or post items back before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Return shipping fees must be paid for by the buyer and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you simply have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
We will endeavor to have your orders dispatched within 2-3 working days. Your orders will be shipped to you via an express courier service or Australia Post. If you would like to have your order sent to a PO Box address or a parcel collection center. Please indicate this on your order so we can arrange to have your items sent out with Australia post as courier companies do not deliver to PO Box addresses or parcel centers.
Shipping time frames are an estimate only provided by the courier companies; we are not responsible for any delays in shipping times. If delivery is to a business address, please specify the name of the business and where to leave the parcel. For example, at reception or which floor.
We cannot arrange or offer express shipping as an additional service. We only offer free standard trackable shipping to selected cities.
Please make sure when placing your order, you provide the correct delivery address and details, especially for orders being delivered to a private apartment building. We will not take any responsibility for any lost orders that are given incorrect addresses or information.
