SHIPPING

We offer shipping Australia-wide on all orders under 5kg. Orders sent via letter are sent unregistered. All orders above 500g are sent via registered parcel with tracking. Orders over 5kg can only be delivered to a physical residential or business address. 'Authority to leave' if unattended will be given by default unless otherwise specified at checkout. Please advise us of delivery instructions if necessary. If 'signature on delivery' requested and the courier is unable to deliver the package, it will be returned to us after 7 days, where you will automatically receive a refund, minus the cost of delivery, if applicable.

POSTAGE

All orders are processed and posted within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. We do not take responsibility for any delays caused by our courier and postal providers. Please contact us if you require more information regarding your order, including tracking number, dispatch date and expected delivery.

RETURN

All products are checked for faults before being sent. If you have received your item and it is faulty, you will need to contact us within 7 days, with photo evidence attached showing the fault if possible, and a full or partial refund or replacement will be issued upon return of the item in its original package if necessary. We can issue a refund for a change of mind but the buyer will pay for return postage and handling and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
