Installation

The Sectional Opener is designed to be simple to install and includes an easy to follow non-technical manual with diagrams. Once purchased, you also have access to our Techs on Call, giving you professional advice over the phone. Auto Openers designed these garage openers with the DIY handyman in mind. Installing this motor for a first timer usually takes only 30 to 45 min. It's extremely easy due to the streamlined and uncomplicated process. We also include new ceiling mount brackets as this is the most commonly asked for part used in installations, which all other brands do not include. WARRANTY This item comes with a full 5 year warranty. As this is being bought online, the wararnty is offered under a "Back to Base" warranty.In the unlikely event a warranty claim is required within your warranted period, the unit will need to be removed from your door and sent Back to Base (National Garage). We will then proceed to process your warranty with Auto Openers. When we receive the opener back, we will then send the motor back to you either repaired or replaced (which is at Auto Openers' discretion). This entire process takes around 2 weeks normally, with a very low number of Auto Openers garge door openers needing to be processed under warranty (normally, 1 in 5,000 units) SHIPPING

Registered and express post options are available as an additional extra on our entire range, however, please note that on our range of motors ‘true’ express post can cost up to $150, depending on your location. With the $10 option selected on a motor, we will use the fastest courier via the normal shipping method to your location which (depending on your location) can save up to several days

1. Agreement

   8. Where You have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for Your Order, We may charge a redelivery fee for each subsequent delivery attempt.
5. Payment
   1. You may provide your nominated credit card during the purchase process described on the national.sales132 eBay store.
   2. Payment for Orders will be processed immediately upon confirmation of Your Order.
   3. If Your nominated payment method triggers Our fraud prevention protocols, We may contact You to confirm additional details, or rescind the transaction.    7. National Garage Remotes & Openers reserves the right to not ship to remote or rural locations.
7. Faulty or damaged goods
   1. National Garage Remotes & Openers will repair, replace or refund faulty or damaged Products in accordance with the specific Products Warranty Conditions and Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Refunds and returns
   1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees provided for by statute including under the Australian Consumer Law.
   2. All refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed.
   3. Other than in accordance with the specific Products Return Policy, refunds are strictly limited to those available under clauses implied by statute.
   4. In order to facilitate a return for an eBay purchased item, please contact Us through eBay messages.
   5. The Customer must comply with directions from staff to facilitate a return.
   6. Returned Products, under the Returns Policy must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause limits or restricts Your ability to make a claim that may be available to You for failure to comply with a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. Where You are returning a Product to us because of Our failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, You must return the Product to us at Your cost unless the Product cannot be returned, removed or transported without significant cost to You because of:  a. the nature of Our failure to comply with the consumer guarantee, or  b. the size or height, or method of attachment, of the Product.

Where You are returning a Product to us, we take no responsibility for a Product lost in transit.  If subsection (b) applies, We will, within a reasonable time, collect the Products at Our expense.

   2. Extended Care is not available for purchase on our range of products.
   3. National Garage Remotes & Openers will carry and have available Spare Parts for the Product available as along as the OEM makes those same parts available for sale, and is not responsible for the cessation of manufacture of any Spare Part.
   4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes the application of statutory conditions, warranties and guarantees.

Liability To the extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise; and our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.  For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause limits or restricts Your ability to make a claim that may be available to You for Our failure to comply with a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Intellectual Property All Intellectual Property in any Material on the national.sales132 eBay store is the property of National Garage Remotes & Openers Pty Ltd. Unless expressly authorised under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise, you may not reproduce, adapt, modify, display, perform or distribute any Material or any part of any Material.
4. Privacy By placing your Order or otherwise contacting National Garage Remotes & Openers, you agree that We may store, process and use data collected from your Order for the purposes of processing your Order. By placing your Order or otherwise contacting Us, you also agree that we may use such data, other than credit card details, in order to provide you with information from time to time on other Products or services that we deem that may be of interest to you. You may obtain a copy of the data held by us concerning you on request in writing. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request.
5. Miscellaneous
   1. Title and risk in the National Garage Products pass to You at the point of dispatch or embarkation by National Garage Remotes & Openers to Your courier.
