What is the return notice period? Schots provides its customers with a 30 day period for change of mind returns. Unfortunately order items (items not stocked at the Schots Warehouse) are non-returnable for change of mind. How long does it take for me to receive a refund? After the approval/acceptance of your return, Schots will grant you a refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned item(s). How will I be refunded? Refunds are issued through the same transaction method you used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card. What are the shipping charges in case of returns? You can submit a request for return of your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. If the product(s) is not damaged or faulty, and you simply decided that you do not want it anymore, you will receive a full refund, less the inbound and outbound associated shipping costs. Shipping costs will vary according to the item(s), supplier and your location. In the unexpected event of receiving a faulty product(s) or have a warranty claim: please contact us via eBay messages. Photos may be requested to support the assessment of your claim. If the warranty claim is accepted, we will arrange a replacement, a refund for the item(s). 1. Warranty Karmy Pty. Ltd. (“Karmy”) warrants that this product is free from defects in workmanship and parts for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, subject to the terms set out in this document (“Warranty”). 2. Claiming on the Warranty If you purchased a Karmy product and wish to claim on the Warranty, you must first contact Karmy at the contact details below and: A. provide Karmy with details of the claim on the Warranty; B. provide Karmy with proof of original purchase; and C. obtain a “Return Number” from Karmy. Once you have received a Return Number, please securely pack and return the product to Karmy including a copy of the original proof of purchase and the Return Number. Karmy will assess your claim and, if in the reasonable opinion of KARMY the Warranty applies, Karmy will at its own option and cost: D. provide you with the same or similar KARMY product; or E. repair the product and return it to you; or F. refund the price you paid for the Karmy product. 3. Exclusions Except as set out in this Warranty, Karmy is not liable for any other costs and expressly excludes the following: 1. Karmy products which have been improperly installed or fitted; 2. Karmy products which have had any of the brands, marks, patented plates, numbers or other information of Karmy on the products defaced or removed; and 9. personal injury, property damage, consequential or economic loss, howsoever caused including any such injury, damage or loss that arises from your continued use of the product after a defect is observed or apparent. If products are returned to Karmy which, in Karmy’s reasonable opinion, do not fall within this Warranty, the products will be returned to you freight-collect or, where freight costs are unreasonably excessive, made available for you to collect. 4. Australian Consumer Law The following guarantee applies only to a “consumer” as defined in the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Yes! We combine and discount postage on all orders for multiple products, simply select a postage quote from us when you are finished ordering and we'll combine the items into a single order for you. I attempted to calculate postage but the calculator says it cannot be calculated for my area, why? The common cause for this error being displayed is that the item is too small or too large for the calculator to calculate. In this instance, you will need to contact us for a postage quote. How are items posted? All items are posted via a minimum of receipted delivery. Most items are posted as registered post. The cost of registered post is included in all postage quotes. Do you ship internationally? No we do not ship internationally, we only ship to addresses within Australia. How can I pay for my order? You can pay for orders via PayPal, Bank Deposit or Credit Card. vAre there any specific notes/references I should use on Bank Deposits? Please leave your eBay username as reference to the transfer, this will help us easily identify the transaction. My order hasn't arrived yet, where is it? A lot of our collections go through our warehouse, due to the high volume of activity in the warehouse, notice of goods collection is required to ensure the order is ready to be collected. If you are collecting your goods from our Clifton Hill store please contact us to see if same-day collection is available. What are your collection times? For orders collected from our Geelong warehouse, the hours are 10am - 4pm Tuesday to Friday Saturday & Sunday CLOSED. Clifton Hill collections are available 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday collections are available but must be organised before midday on Friday. Collections requiring a forklift can only be made on certain days - We will need to arrange a suitable day for large, heavy or bulky items to be collected. Do you support the use of courier/freight companies? Yes, customers are encouraged to use courier or freight companies for large or heavy items heading interstate. Note: Due to various delivery options and some companies not shipping to certain areas, we require the customer to organise the courier for collection.
