SYNOPSIS ....

The Golden Ram an enormous nugget lead to an enormous hoax.  It starts as a publicity stunt, and is a fast moving comedy drama, set in Australia.

It’s a rollicking story of the discovery of a huge gold nugget and how the publicity to save a wilting rural town gets completely out of hand.

About the Author

G. H. Fearside was born in Epping, New South Wales in 1917. He began his writing career during the siege of Tobruk: he was serving there in the infantry. The Golden Ram is his first novel. He had served in North Africa, most notably at Tobruk, where he met his American friend one can only guess.
