1. After washing, sterilise by boiling for 5 minutes. Keep bottle and cup capped until use.
2. Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow boiled water to cool to lukewarm. Consult Feeding Guide for quantities of water and formula.
3. Prepare each bottle or cup individually. Pour in required amount of lukewarm water.
4. Fill the scoop with Alula S-26 Gold Stage 1 and level off on the side of the can. Only the enclosed scoop should be used. Always add 1 scoop (8.5g) per 60mL water.
5. Cap bottle and shake or stir formula in cup. Test temperature on wrist before feeding. Formula left in bottle after a feed must be discarded.

Refund on Prescription, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Only Medicine We can not offer a refund on prescription items, pharmacist or pharmacy only medicine once posted or removed from the pharmacy unless there was an error with dispensing or if the product was damaged or during delivery. If you can no longer or are unable to use your prescription item, please return to the pharmacy for destruction. Refund on Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) Due to the requirement for Blooms the Chemist to have chain of custody of a Rapid Antigen Test, we are unable to provide any refunds for these products outside of statutory consumer guarantees. This is because we are unable to sell RATs that have not been within the suppliers', or our custody, prior to sale. CPAP Machines, Masks and Accessories returns Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to provide a refund or return for change of mind on CPAP Machines, Masks and Accessories if the packaging has been opened. If the product is faulty we will accept product returns with an exchange or refund. Blooms The Chemist reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Items purchased online Returns for faulty items will include refund of the original shipping fee for refund requests only. Exchanges will be posted free of charge.
