Depending on stock levels the housings supplied with this system may or may not have the red pressure release button on top of the housing as this button function isn't necessary for a portable system with garden clips which is not under constant pressure. This system is sold as a portable caravan system and  isn't  recommended or approved for permanent installation to town mains water supply.

This water filter system carries a 24 month warranty on all parts supplied in the original order which is subject to our standard terms and conditions and includes the prerequisites that theses systems are not permanently connected, are not installed in constant direct sunlight and filters are changed using only our replacement filters at least 12 monthly.

Depending on your delivery post code and whether you have paid for express post we may need to supply this item with the bracket assembled the wrong way around to be able to fit this item in an Auspost 3kg bag. If this is the case you'll need to unscrew the 8x screws holding the bracket in place and reassemble it the correct way around using a medium Phillips head screw driver which is not supplied with this sale.

Not all water filter systems i.e. aquarium, caravan, car wash, commercial, rural / agricultural and industrial water filters don't require Watermark certification. It's up to you to contact us and inquire whether the unit you intend buying is fit for your purpose and whether you need a system with Watermark certification, or nor . In Australia plumbers may refuse to install your water filter system if it requires Watermark certification and does not have it. Due to the higher costs associated with Watermarked products we cannot simply supply all items with Watermark as it's not required in many instances and the additional costs added to all our items would price us out the market.

Generally, we send orders by Australia Post but in some instances, we may use a courier to keep our prices competitive. All our systems are locally assembled by our Australian employees but not all the parts we use are locally made in Australia  as many of these parts are simply not manufactured locally. As a result, we have no choice but to source these parts from high quality international manufacturers (mainly in the USA and Taiwan). We dispatch all our items from either our factory in Queensland or one of our Australian warehouses and our items are not posted from a foreign country . We are a small family run and operated business and have been supplying high quality products Australia wide from our premises in Queensland since 1992.

Generally, unless specifically listed otherwise our products have a 30-day no questions asked, money back guarantee. Simply return the product to us in original  condition and in any original packaging to receive a refund or replacement. If you are testing a filter to see if it fits please leave it in the original wrapping until you are sure that it fits. Note that depending on the condition of the item upon return a reworking / restocking fee may apply for any necessary repairs or replacements that may be required to bring the item back to a saleable condition. Note also that a restocking fee may be applicable for units of high complexity or where we incur a shipping fee of more than $ 15 to send the item to you if you are returning the item due to no error / fault on our part.

Unless stated otherwise in a listing or unless you have bought an extended warranty our standard warranty on all systems and parts [not filters which are considered consumables covered under our no questions asked 30-day refund guarantee] is 12 months and covers the item for any workmanship defects if you follow the operating instructions, change all filters and consumables as recommended and the item has not been damaged due to neglect or similar reasons. The maximum recommend life of any water filter and reverse osmosis system regardless of the supplier, the installation or the system is 10 years.

If you need to communicate with us in respect to any product queries and / or any changes to any items purchased, please do so using the eBay messaging facility . All communication needs to be through eBay only as we do not monitor email inboxes as regularly as we do eBay messages. Note also that it is eBay policy that all communication goes through their system so that any disputes, including related correspondence, can be easily resolved and transparent. Normally orders are batch printed for assembly, packing and delivery once per business day between 7:00am and 8:30am so any standard orders received after that time will be batch processed the following business day. Should you require your item urgently or are on a tight timeline then you can select and pay for our “Get it Fast” service and as an extra trigger it’s advisable to send us a message letting us know you need your item urgently . If this service is selected, we will be notified soon after purchase, which means that your order will jump to the head of the queue and be sent by Australia Post Express or an express courier. Please bear in mind that Australia post, couriers and our company only dispatch, process and deliver orders on normal workings days which excludes weekends and public holidays and deliveries to outlying regions don’t always offer express services .

We don’t share your personal details with anyone except eBay and the delivery carrier. We normally enter your email address into our parcel logging system so you should receive email tracking updates for your order.
