Leek - Elephant x 30 (Allium porrum) . Large leeks with great flavour.

Lettuce - Iceberg x 50 (Lactuca sativa).   The classic crisp head variety.

Lettuce - Little Gem x 50 (Lactuca sativa).   Mini Cos variety. Good all season variety that tolerates heat.

Lettuce - Salad Bowl Mix x 50 (Lactuca sativa).   Mix of green and red, loose leaf varieties ( pick what you need and leave to keep growing). Good heat resistance.

Malabar Spinach - Green or Red x 10 (Basella alba).   Perennial fast growing vine with soft stems and semi succulent leaves.  Leaves taste and look like true spinach and are used as a substitute. Can be used both as a salad green and as a leaf vegetable. Grow as an annual in cooler climates as frost sensitive.

Onion - Red Tropea x 40 (Allium cepa).   Medium to large long red bulbs that have a mild and sweet flavour.

Pak Choi - Green x 30 ( Brassica chinensis).   Tender with excellent flavour. Raw or cooked. Fast growing. Leaves can be picked as needed.

Pak Choi - Purple x 30 (Brassica chinensis). Can be eaten at any stage, both raw and cooked.
