Our Warranty Terms

This item comes with a 12 Month Warranty

A 12 month service warranty back to the seller covers mechanical faults only, we do not accept physical, accidental damages, or water damages, these type of damages will void your warranty service with us. Once warranty is void we can only repair the item on your cost upon request. *Any outside work or DIY done on the item will also void the warranty.

We recommend buyers to protect their items as much as possible during this 12 month period. Some cosmetic damage will void the warranty entirely as it indicates physical / accidental damage. Daily wear and tear is acceptable.

Upon successful claiming your warranty, we will repair your item for free.

We recommend to keep the original product packaging if possible. If in the unlikely event that you require a warranty repair and you do not have the original packaging, buyers will bear the responsibility for safely packaging and any damage that may occur in transit.
