Delivery delays can occur for a variety of reasons. Please allow an additional 2 business days after the expected delivery time before contacting us to follow up with our delivery company.

ReturnsAll hardware is covered by warranty. Please contact us if you think your item is faulty. Should your product be faulty within the warranty period, it will be subject to either of the two procedures below:
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA): The buyer must notify us of the DOA issue within 30 days of receiving the item. Customers claiming DOA must return the item in its original condition, with full packaging and a proof of purchase, with NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE.
2. Standard Warranty Standard Warranty procedure apply for items found faulty outside the 30 days DOA period, but within the specified warranty period (2 year).
For all hardware within warranty period, there is an estimated processing time of 2-3 weeks and the product will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent model; or refunded if stock is not available at the manufacturer's discretion.
Return without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Comsumer Law. You are entitled to get a replacement or a refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of accepatable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
