International shipping is not available on any of our jumping castles, water slides or tyres.

No PO Box delivery on jumping castles, water slides or tyres.

Items ship with either Australia Post, Fastway courier or via Toll IPEC on the same or next business day of receiving full payment.

A tracking number will be provided via your email address.

We reserve the right to add a shipping surcharge to customers located in rural or remote areas. Please contact us prior to purchase should this apply to your location so that we can quote you.

Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy. Simply return an item within 30 days of purchase for your money back. Item must be returned complete in unopened, undamaged original packaging. A re-stocking fee of 10% may apply. Cost of return freight is at your expense and any costs for original shipment will not be refunded.
