What is our warranty policy?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for
a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a
major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to
compensation only. For warranty claim please contact us.
When you change your mind?
We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new
condition, unworn, unalterered and free of damages by the customers.
Return is accepted within 30 calendar days since the date of purchase
order. Not all products is eligible for return/exchange, please read
the information in the listing. For return/exchange request please
contact us.
SHIPPING for returns?
- Dead on Arrival/Damage on Arrival, normally within 7 days after
customers receive the product. Seller will help to arrange return, your
return cost will be either prepaid by yourself and get reimbursed later
or covered by seller directly.
- Product stop working properly within warranty period, return is at
customer’s own cost, but the seller will cover the re-sending cost.
