Is this is an authentic branded garment?

Yes – our garments are sourced from wholesalers who specialise in buying surplus stock from garment manufacturers. Garments are sold by manufacturers as export surplus for a number of reasons – for example cancelled orders.

This item is export surplus – is it damaged in some way?

No. If you find any damage to the garment, we will be happy to replace the garment (if possible) or refund at no cost (including refund of return postage cost).   

Can I order more of the same item later?

Our stock is constantly changing according to what products we’re able to source – we cannot guarantee we would ever have the same item in stock again, so to avoid disappointment buy it now J  

If I’m not 100% happy with an item, can I return it?

Yes, you can return an item within 7 days of purchase, however return postage must be paid for by you.

When will my item be shipped?

Once we’ve received payment for the garments, we ship the next business day. In Australia we ship using Australia Post standard Parcel Post. 

Can I pay using internet bank transfer?

Yes, please bank account details are available during the check-out process.
