 Return/Refund Policy

Please contact me if you have an issue with your item for a solution

- refund/repair or replacement if item is faulty.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for Earrings, earring posts,

hoops and hooks findings for hygienic reasons.

Items must be returned by registered mail within 7 days of receipt.

in the same new condition as were sent out, including all packaging/tags and accessories.
