This is a handy option to help prolong the life of your tent and great when used in conjunction with Peaked Sides and Front Panel to fully enclose your awning area.
The advantage of the mesh floor saver over the standard ground sheet is that if rain or liquid falls onto the mesh floor saver it will soak through and dry out very quickly. The same principle applies with sand and dirt to a certain extent so it is an excellent way of keeping your tent clean and dirt off your feet.
Each Ground Sheet is cut to the correct size of your tent and comes complete with its own carry bag and pegs.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind on an item purchased, you can receive a full refund less the shipping costs you paid to get the product to you. Goods must be returned in original unopened condition, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the purchase date. You, as the buyer are responsible for the return freight cost. We suggest sending back via a trackable method. Contact us via Ebay messages to arrange the return and for us to issue you a return number ( to speed up processing).
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be directed to our Customer Service team by sending a message to us through eBay
In order to make a claim, you must provide our service centre with the following:
·Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;
·Photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable or whichever we think is necessary to assess the problem.
·Your ebay order number, to ensure speedy processing.
·Where goods are damaged in transit, details and images of the damaged shipment.
You must provide photographic evidence of the damage before receiving a repair, replacement or refund.
Our customer service team will provide you with instructions as to how the goods may be returned to us at our expense.
Please note:- Items returned under a "warranty claim" that are deemed in perfect working order, will have a 20% restocking fee applied before any refund is processed. Please do not confuse a "change of mind" with a warranty claim.
Please ensure that your email address is current as this is where your order notifications, invoices and shipping information will be sent.
