Item:332443047316OWL MACRAME KIT * Gift Idea/Weave/Wall Decor/Rope/Cord/Boho/Retro/DIY/Craft/Art. MACRAME Hooter the Baby OWL - KIT While stocks last, your kit will come in the cute owl burlap drawstring bag. Imagine your friend's faces if you give this kit as a gift!! Or if it's for you, you obviously love owls, and so you can use this bag for lots of things around the home. It's part of our effort to reduce the use of so many cellophane and plastic bags! The photo shows an owl print on the bag, but they are out of stock at the moment, so you will receive a larger, plain bag in a random colour. Still great, and still reusable! This
Pattern tutorial comes with comprehensive instructions written in
English, with sketches, to create a pretty cute little owl - make it on
sticks, or purchase one of our rattan hoops (see our shop listings).
The owl measures about 20cm long + tail + hanger. You receive
everything you need to make the owl, except the sticks or hoop. Kit includes:
Pattern
Cord
2 beads for eyes
2 rings for eyes
1 bead for nose
The
beads supplied for the eyes will vary according to the stock on hand at
the time. They might range from raw wood through to dark brown. Your
rope will be supplied in off-white. Bead Shack (Gerringong,
NSW Australia) and String & Beads (Engadine, NSW, Australia) have
put their heads together to come up with this pattern. Pattern written
by Bead Shack, design by String & Beads. To make this
project you will need to supply your own small sticks to attach to the
top and bottom of the owl, or you may like to purchase one of our rattan
hoopsl If you've always wanted to try making a macrame, but
were unsure where to start, this project is for you! Teenagers and
crafty kids from 8 years + could make this too, with the younger
children possibly needing help with the instructions. What a
great gift for a birthday or Christmas present, or for an activity to
keep them busy through school holidays, wet weekends etc. Learn a new craft and enjoy!
