For return of faulty product  you can return your item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund, including all postage charges.

For return of non-faulty product   (including but not limited to wrong size selection, change of mind) you can return your item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. The customer pays for all postage charges on returns / exchanges. 

Items listed as Clearance or Sale  product will not be accepted back unless the item is faulty. All Sale and Clearance items are sold as firm sales/ non refundable unless faulty

Removal of any product tags or packaging etc will be regarded as acceptance of an item and those items will not be accepted back for a refund or exchange.

We accept no responsibility for returned items until they are received by us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable or registered Australia Post service to return an item.  Football Shirts Online reserves the right to refuse a returned item for refund where we believe the item has been worn or used, damaged by the buyer or is in a condition that prevents the resales of said item. Football Shirts Online does not accept the cost of returning any item that we have declined to accept back.
