The smaller pack sizes (5g or 10g samples) are a very small sample size. If you require more than a small amount, we reccomend buying a larger pack size.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

• Material: natural gemstone chips.
• Size: Approx. 5 - 10mm, although smaller and larger stones are likely to be present.
• Finish: these gemstone chips have been tumbled, therefore exhibit a smooth and generally glossy appearance.
• Natural Product: as these chips are derived from natural gem stones, the actual colour, shape, size and patterns are highly variable, and will often vary from batch to batch. These gemstone chips are un-drilled (no hole).
• These natural gemstone chips are of premium quality and have been responsibly sourced and have been processed through an integrated tumbling process, providing a high quality gloss finish.

These gemstone chips are small in size, therefore if you require larger gemstones, please see our larger size tumbled stones in our store

Please bear in mind that the photo may be slightly different from actual item in terms of colour due to the lighting during photo shooting or differences in monitor and screen display

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders placed with our store are packaged securely to the best of our ability, sometimes the delivery company can be a bit too rough with parcels and your order may be slightly damaged (bent/dinged packaging does not constitute as "damaged" as the product is still functional) upon arrival, if this happens please contact us as we will happily send a replacement out for you

Purchases are posted out the day after payment has been cleared, keep in mind that orders are not posted out on weekends or public holiday, order made on the weekend are classified as orders made on Monday and will be dispatched Tuesday

We have no control over the postal services delivery speed, once your order has been lodged it is out of our control, please be aware that delays do occur during holiday periods

We will also not refund for minor changes in production or if the product image is slightly different to the actual item due to changes made by the manufacturer such as different paint, modified design, adjusted colouring etc. as these do not impact the products quality
