We use Australia Post e Parcel or courier for shipping. Please allow 2 to 10 working days for delivery, especially in regional WA & NT. Ensure your address is accurate before placing an order. We won't be held liable for shipments to incorrect addresses. Once the post office confirms delivery, Repo Guys isn't liable for replacing lost or stolen packages. We strongly advise filing a theft claim with Australia Post if needed. If you'd like package insurance, please contact us. Packages are uninsured by default. In the event of loss or delays by Australia Post, refunds won't be provided unless additional insurance was purchased. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, please contact us for reshipment arrangements. Most items come with tracking post shipment.
