Return Policy

Any items returned for reasons other than faults must be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund for items that have been used. If the wrong size was ordered but the item remains unopened then we will be happy to refund the amount paid less our postage costs. If you just change your mind or decide that the item is no longer what you require then you can return the unopened item to us for a refund. We do not refund the return postage costs or the original postage costs, just the item cost.
