DASH ORGANISER DESCRIPTION- The MSA 4X4 Dash organiser is a unique and innovative product which allows you to access your gear with ease from the driver's or passenger's seat. The organiser features Velcro strips on the underside which adhere straight onto your dash mat. However, it also comes provided with adhesive tape, enabling you to attach it directly onto your dash. Alternatively, you can also mount the Dash Organiser vertically on the transmission hump or on the inside of your door. Another great feature of the Dash Organiser is the internal aluminium strip which allows you to mould the front shape of the organiser to suit your needs. FEATURES: - 5 pockets to store small items such as sunglasses, 2 way radios and mobile phones.

DELIVERY-
- Please
note item/s will be delivered during business hours, if no one is present
to sign for receipt of goods or authority to leave unattended has not been
given the item/s will be returned to the depot for collection.
- We
use Australia Post for all our smaller items and if no one is home it will
go to your local post office for collection, you will have 10 days to
collect otherwise the item will be returned to us and it will incur
another postage charge to have it sent again.
- If
the item is larger than 105cm or 22kg we use Toll IPEC and if you miss the
delivery the item will return to the nearest Depot for Collection, (can be
quite far for some) We recommend having most items sent to your place of
work or to someone who is home (We can’t send to PO BOX’s with Toll IPEC),
If you miss the delivery and wish to have it Re Delivered it will incur a
$35 charge that the buyer will pay for before organising.
- Delivery
times do vary depending on your location, the ETAs provided by eBay are a
GUIDE ONLY and we cannot adjust or control what eBay gives as an ETA. Once
it leaves our Warehouse we don’t have any control on the postage.
- We
will ship items to the address provided in eBay unless otherwise notified,
please make sure your information is up to date as any loss from the
provision of incorrect details is at the buyer’s expense.

RETURNS-
Change of Mind Returns

If
you change your mind on an item purchased, you can receive a full refund less
the shipping costs you paid to get the product to you. Goods must be returned
in original unopened condition, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the
purchase date. You, as the buyer are responsible for the return freight cost.
We suggest sending back via a trackable method. Contact us via eBay messages to
arrange the return
Warranty Claims-

All
warranty claims must be directed to our Customer Service team by sending a message
to us through eBay.

If
you have a Darche or MSA4x4 Warranty Claim you can visit their website and make
a claim through there as that’s what we have to do for you when contacting us.

In
order to make a claim, you must provide details of the defect or damage in
relation to which you are making a claim under the Photographic or video
evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable or whichever we think is
necessary to assess the problem. Where goods are damaged in transit, details
and images of the damaged shipment. You must provide photographic evidence of
the damage before receiving a repair, replacement or refund.

Our
customer service team will provide you with instructions as to how the goods
may be returned to us at our expense. Please note- Items returned under a
"warranty claim" that are deemed in perfect working order, will have
a 20% restocking fee applied before any refund is processed. Please do not
confuse a "change of mind" with a warranty claim.
