Ebay details can be incomplete!
Because we use a 'bulk uploader', sometimes details are left out - condition , size, extra info about a piece. If you need more info, please do not hesitate to ask - or call us, we are always happy to chat during business hours.
We often send a video of an item to clients, which shows a lot more about a piece than a photo.
Our aim is Happy Customers: we are here to help.
Shipping cost:
we keep shipping as reasonable as possible. The default eBay cost of postage listed here may be too high for some smaller pieces, and will be reduced according to actual cost. Some larger pieces may be underquoted, and need an adjustment before shipping can take place. We believe in keeping it as fair as possible for our customers.
Packing:
our many years of packing & shipping world-wide mean we understand what it takes to safely ship fragile items. Fully-insured, maximum-care packing, usually double-boxed.
Delivery time:
standard shipping can be upgraded on request, charged at cost. Tracking ID is provided so you can see where your package is.
