All bags are Australian Designed and Tagged, and come natural with no printing or logos, just "Blank Bags". 

"Our bags are sourced Ethically and are "Not Manufactured" in "Sweat Shops, use Forced Labour or any form of Child Labour."

Please note: Sizes given are an approximation and may vary slightly, we try to get them as close to measurements given but there can be a occasional size variations- i.e not all batches of bags will necessarily be the same size, they  may differ by up to 5% in width and/or and length this is something we have no control over as they are all hand custom cut and stitched.

 No chemicals are added during the manufacturing  process and the fabric is hot washed only, meaning that our bags are considered to be " food grade. "

Sizes may vary slightly and the weave can differ from time to time. We advise customers that in any packs of bags there can be occasional size variations- i.e not all bags will necessarily be the same size. Its possible a few bags will differ by up to 5%, this is something we have no control over as they are hand custom made.

Delivery : Artistic Den assumes instruction of "Authority to Leave".  Unless instructed otherwise at checkout. This means that your order will be left at your door step even if no one is around to receive it. 

Estimated delivery times are calculated approximately and are subject to vary depending on factors outside buyers control. If no one is home couriers will leave the item unattended at the front door. Where it is not possible a calling card will be left instead and the buyer is responsible to respond promptly within 24 hours or else the item is returned to us as " Un-deliverable" and a further re-dispatch postage fee will be required.

We must be formally notified via ebay messages within 45 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. The item must then be returned within 15 days following this notification. All items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused/unopened, undamaged and resalable condition.

Items purchased through our EBAY store can only be returned via mail or courier.  We recommend keeping your traking number when sending so you can see when it has been delivered. Returns may take up to 5 working days to process and will be issued back onto the same paypal account that was used to place the order.
