International shipping via economy air takes approx 10 - 21 working days, longer in holiday seasons.

An international order sent via economy air does not include a shipping or tracking number. If you require a tracking number, please request a quote for registered mail.

We do offer combined postage for all purchases within a 7 days period. If you have bought multiple items, please wait for us to invoice you and make sure to check out and pay for them together (not individually). The compulsory registered post cost is included in the combined postage for purchasing over $50 in value.

Have we made a mistake? If you have received a defective item, or an item which is different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 14 days from the date you received it.

Please keep the package you received the product in so that it can be used when returning the product. Once we receive your returned item we will either exchange the product or issue a refund via the same payment method used when purchased. If the item is defective or we have sent the wrong item you will receive a full refund including shipping and handling cost.
