Orders are processed, quality controlled and shipped, Monday through Friday, from our office in Brisbane, Australia.

Your order will dispatch within 2 business days (within 1 business days for express orders). Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Please be aware that once your shipment has been processed and dispatched, it could take several hours before your tracking number will be trackable with our shipping partner after it has been picked up.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.

We are not responsible for delayed packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.

Buyers are responsible for providing us with the correct address. If parcel is redirected to back us, extra shipping cost will be incurred at buyer's own expenses.

International Customers: Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. Minor scratches/dents/perforations/imperfections etc on album/photocards/poster/product are not substantial reasons for exchange/refund.

Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving in original , unused condition (including all original packaging, tags and labels).

Returns must be officially requested and mutually agreed upon through eBay prior to being sent. Refund for the cost of the merchandise will be processed 2 to 3 days after the item returned in original condition is received at our office. The total refund cost will exclude initial postage fees and return postage fees, unless the return is to rectify an error of the seller.
