Delivery and Pick up Returns and Exchange Payment

-We provide regular and express post. You can choose either one when you checkout.

-The eBay estimated delivery date is estimated by eBay NEITHER AUSPOST NOR US. It is just an estimated date, so it is not the actual delivery date.

-Item will be dispatched within 72 business hours / 3 business days after your payment is cleared.

-According to the information from AUSPOST, Item usually takes up to 6 working days plus 3 -5 days delay allowance.

-Small and light items will be sent via AUSPOST letter rate.

-If you use parcel locker / collect / click and collect, the delivery time will be even longer. (end up 15 working days for delivery), SO WE DON'T SHIP LETTER RATE ITEM TO PARCEL LOCKER / COLLECT / CLICK AND COLLECT.

-Large and heavy items will be sent via Courier (Usually bulky and large item is local pick up only. If you want it to be sent, please send us your postcode to get an actual shipping quote)

- Local pick up is available. We are in NORTH ROCKS 2151. Pick up NOT available in DUNDAS or OATLANDS. Please contact us to arrange a pick up time, normally we will reply you within 1 hour.

- If your order returned due to unclaimed, buyer need to pay the postage again.

-We will check all items carefully before sending them out. However if you receive a faulty item, please contact us with photo of the defect. Once we confirm the item is faulty, we will send you an replacement.

-Sorry we don't provide change of mind return or refund.

-Should we accept your return request (not because of faulty), you have to pay for the return postage, and the final refund amount will be less any associated cost e.g. postage that we paid to deliver the item.

-Due to paypal policy changed, all service fee and commission will not be refunded to us. So we don't simply accept any cancellation request. Should we accept your cancellation request (for courtesy), the service fee ($0.3 + 2.6% of the final value) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
